(January 24, 2018, 4:06 pm)I'm more lean and fit (without being bulky) than I've ever been since I started working with Blue Strength. I had to get my clothes altered because I went down 2-3 sizes! I feel like the environment Graham creates is accepting, safe and supportive, whether it's a personal session or a group bootcamp.
