I love how Stef not only acupuncture but checks in with your body as a whole and works on healing the body as a whole. I also love that she sets up a 6 week plan. I think it is so important to fully integrate into healing plan so you can really feel and notice the effects of healing. I went in for shoulder pain and haven’t experienced it again since her treatments. Thank you thank you!

I struggle to find the right words to accurately describe just how much Stefanie has helped me over the past year. When I first started seeing her I was at my lowest of lows, both physically and mentally, having just gone through a loss. She helped boost me out of the slump I was in, and assisted in navigating me through my fertility journey. Fast forward to today, I am currently 8 months pregnant and she has been there every step of the way, listening to me and my body, and providing fantastic treatment and guidance. I have had experience with both cupping and the use of Acupuncture needles. This is a very warm and relaxing environment and I think that I've fallen asleep on the table a couple of times during the treatments because of being so relaxed!

I've been seeing Stefanie for acupuncture & cupping for about a year. The treatments have been excellent.
