It is noisy when you take into consideration the construction vehicles, tools, loud music from workers and dust as we cannot sit on the balcony during the day and enjoy the warm weather during the day.
It is also unfortunate for a pet friendly complex that there is no green space around the building for pets to do their things.
Other than that, my wife and I love the location. The superintendent, Audra is very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the place if you don't mind living around a construction site. -
