  It's an apartment, so you have to expect people sounds. The area is spectacular, and the units well maintained. My neighbors have lived in the same building for decades, as have I. It's a special little community. It is peaceful and lovely.

  The best place I've ever lived and I have lived in many beautiful places, for example, Switzerland. The Management is superb, absolutely topnotch, on call 24 hours a day, arranging special events, such as community picnics, glorious landscaping, meetings,any difficulty that might arise in your unit, maintenance of the lovely pool. My back door was rather worn out and they were there immediately with a brand new door. I've never had to ask twice. I've never met managers as good as they are, never. I really do not know how they are able to do so much and I thank them - Sharon, Lynn, Gail - for their top-notch professionalism and for making my stay here such a joy.

  I've lived here for more than 25 years and I still love it. After the hectic life out there I feel like I'm coming home to a totally different life. Calm, the nature, water scenery. I feel so blessed and soo lucky to call this my home.

  The apartment is well maintained but old and the kitchen is too small , we hate the carpets but the worse thing is that the apartment isn't sound proof at all!! u can hear everything from the neighbors upstairs. We pay for the view is beautiful , is more quiet outside then inside of the unit.
