As soon as I came in, one of the service team (didn't catch his name, but tall with glasses) immediately approached to help. He was super friendly and offered excellent service. Drew (inside at service counter) was super quick to help, and got the service team to quickly install the part on the spot. Scott was also helpful. Good prices and rates for service.
Great service all round. Keep it up guys! -

(August 9, 2020, 7:35 pm)Helpful staff, generally they have, within reason, what you need. During the current Covid pandemic they take safety somewhat seriously. I would have liked to see their employees on the floor wearing masks, for the safety of their customers as well as themselves, and customers should be wearing masks as well but it's not the standard to make them mandatory yet.

(August 5, 2020, 1:21 am)Looking for a gun case for awhile finally found one at C T, so we did an online order nice and smooth paid the extra for delivery out to sooke. So order came to our house I'm thinking awesome hear already ( few days ) so I take a look when I returned to our house and I'm like oh #$%@ they sent the wrong case. Made a phone call to view royal told them the situation. Within 3 hours had 2 employees drive out in there own vecical with the proper case.
Who now that is customer service those two ladies should get employee of the year .

(August 3, 2020, 12:10 am)I still like Canadaian Tire, but they have resently taken away the military/veteran discounts. The return policies are great and one of the main reasons I shop here. Great selections and deals during sales.

(June 26, 2020, 9:00 pm)I went for a soda stream cartridge exchange and it was quick and easy. Later we did a propane tank exchange which was also super quick. This store is really doing a great job of keeping everyone safe and also keeping life's necessary trips happening easily.
