(October 24, 2022, 10:59 pm)I was recently shopping for a used truck and ended up finding a gem at Kia Victoria. Isabel in sales was extremely helpful - knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all! David in their finance dept also did a great job and made the process an enjoyable one. I have purchased vehicles at two other dealerships in town and I can honestly say this was my best experience so far.

Rami goes above and beyond in ensuring that his clients needs are satisfied. Unlike many car sales people, Rami genuinely cares for his clients and keeps his clients interests in mind the entire time.
I reached out from Vancouver trying to secure a Kia Carnival. Rami meticulously guided me through the process of car purchase over phone, and even recorded an in-depth video tour of the vehicle. He picked me up from the Ferry terminal during his personal time-off (70km round trip), and provided the absolute best customer experience anyone could ask for. Rami has been by far the most friendly, proactive, and helpful car salesperson. -

The vehicle has performed perfectly, and Isabel made dealing with the folks at Kia Victoria as simple and enjoyable as driving our new Soul. Very forward thinking when it comes to electric vehicles, they have consistently supported the segment by having cars available for test drives, and being open to learn. I've never been pressured when there, and am looking forward to buying my next car here once it arrives.

(March 16, 2022, 11:54 am)I haven’t had a vehicle since Nov 2021 due to an accident, and zero replacement vehicles to be found anywhere in western Canada. I ran across this 2022 Kia Seltos while expanding my search ever wider. I phoned Isabel Allison and she went to work and made this miracle happen. I am so grateful, and my family loves this car. I made the trip to Victoria from the lower mainland and based on the way I was welcomed in Kia Victoria, I would not hesitate to come back to Victoria to buy a car. Zero pressure from anyone at this dealership. All other car dealerships should take lessons on how to treat people from Kia Victoria. I have a lot of experience dealing with car dealerships and the finance departments and have always sworn I would never do it again…but Kia Victoria was completely different. If you want amazing service from people that truly care about their customers, go visit Isabel Allison at Kia Victoria…I will definitely buy my next car from them.
