We needed help planning a 3 week trip to France, Switzerland and Italy. Having never travelled to these countries before, Robert gave us some much needed direction and advice on where to stay and how to get around. From the beginning he made us feel so comfortable and really excited to travel because of the insight he shared and you could tell he has a passion for travelling. He went above and beyond to make sure we got checked in with our flights and hotels ok, not just at the start but throughout our trip, and was immediately there for us when a weather delay made us miss our connecting flight. This was the first time we’ve ever booked with a travel agent and getting someone like Robert has made us realize all the benefits of getting help with planning your vacation. I highly recommend seeing Robert if you’re thinking about using a travel agent, he is the best.
