  Elspeth is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! My back and neck are feeling so much better after one appointment! I am looking forward to my next massage! Also looking forward to my chiropractor appointment tomorrow! The office staff are always so nice and friendly. Best place I have been too!

  I had some really bad back pain which made it very uncomfortable to bend over, sit up straight, and sometimes even sleep. I went in for one session with Diana and She was very helpful and pleasant despite me showing up a bit late. She worked on a few key muscles and showed me some stretches to focus on and a week later I've noticed a dramatic difference. Hardly feel any tension at all now. Great place to go, thanks again Diana

  I would highly recommend Dr. Cowan to anyone. He really listened to my problems and was able to properly diagnose and treat my problems- which there were many. He also sent me home with a series of exercises to keep me running pain free!

  Been to a few other places for chiropractics and this is by far the cleanest and friendliest places. I recommend Daniel Skinner. Extremely informative and gentle.
