(January 11, 2021, 4:10 am)My husband and I went out planning to buy a dining room table. Ashley Homestore was our first stop, and we had other places we had planned to go.
Although we did find the sales pressure just a tad high for our liking, in the end, we found the right table set and didn't have to go anywhere else. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to negotiate on the price to work with our budget -which ultimately was the deciding factor that made the sale for us. We would definitely return. -

(December 28, 2020, 3:32 am)Fadia, our salesperson was a pleasure to work with. We had specific items to get in a short time and her product knowledge was outstanding. Her and the general manager John, were able to keep us within budget and set up a definitive delivery date all before we left the store. This was the best furniture shopping experience I’ve had in Victoria! We are definitely looking forward to our next shopping list experience at Ashley Home Store Victoria.

(December 17, 2020, 9:07 pm)Great experience while shopping for new furniture; our salesperson Fadia was entirely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and individuated the choices to our specific needs. Follow up with other staff was equally great. The management at Ashley should be proud of their staff. We were also shown made-in-Canada options which I found inspiring, especially given the quality I was previously unaware of in the Canadian manufacturing industry.

(November 30, 2020, 1:30 am)We were pleasantly surprised when we visited the store. We were approached by sales staff and once she knew what we were looking for, we were steered to several settings. She also suggested looking at several pieces that we had initially ruled out and we were surprised at the affordability as well as the durability of these pieces. This is a store we will definitely return to for suggestions as well as purchases. Furniture groupings were very pleasant with lots of options.
