please ,,, if you are going to write a review ,,,, dont tell lies ,,,,,,,, first off you were not threatened, second, after half an hour of showing you that the work requested was in fact completed, and you still werent able to produce this "virus" third ,,,,, really ,,, if there were a problem any reasonable person would have brought it back to us in a more timely manner ,,,, not 6 WEEKS later.
as far as being an unlicensed business ,,,,, again untrue we have been licensed in sooke for several years, and i carry an international certificate of qualification as well.

anyone who would like to come see the cctv footage of what REALLY happened or to check our business license is more than welcome to.

btw there was no "formal complaint" in fact i was asked if i wanted to press charges against you after speaking to the rcmp.

Rik is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our company has a satellite office in Sooke and we have run into a ton of technical problems in syncing our main computers in Halifax, Nova Scotia to our satellite office. Rik has been an invaluable resource and fixed our issues more than 3 times and with no notice. They are very technical issues with directories, programs, and files that require an expert to repair. Sooke is lucky to have this guy.

We had a laptop and a desk computer that we wanted cleaned out so we could give them to friends. Fast service and we are very happy with the results.
