Small town charm means enough time for explaining etc. The following week, I dropped off a deposit on Sunday which is a day they are closed. However, she saw me and unlocked the door. Possibly a one-off, but appreciated. So far, so good. Supply chain=5 months wait so we'll update at that time. For now, five stars.

(October 25, 2017, 9:29 pm)I fully recommend this shop. I have had emergency wood stove door repairs (below cost of Victoria shops), fast turn around on automobile glass, custom work at very high quality (windows cut into doors, etc.).
Service is efficient, clearly communicated and professionally done. -

Not only did they have the best price, but they stayed late for me to get the repairs done so I could still have my stove going for the weekend. Above and beyond customer service, and worth the drive. I definitely recommend this shop.
