We all really like it, she is bringing a good soul and vibe in the room but also a very well prepared yoga class with gratitude. (February 16, 2022, 3:47 am)My heart is full after I recently took part in an online yoga series offered by Solaya!! Jenn lead us through a beautiful practice centred around ‘stillness in the self’. I thought it was beautiful how during the class she asked us what it would look like if we backed off even 20% while in a pose and explored what that felt like within. Thank you for holding a such a safe + loving space to come and practice.
