(August 19, 2018, 1:37 am)Great place for hiking and it has a day-use part that you can check out the shoreline with the kids. If you are lucky, you might see some whales. You'll definitely see lots of sailboats and of course Ferries. The campground has out houses that are very well kept.
We used the day-use part and walk the trails, and checked out the tidal pools. -

(April 3, 2018, 2:44 am)One of our favourite camping spots. Ruckle has lots of great trails, forested and coastal, and the working farm is fun to explore. The camping area is beautiful and spacious, with lots of variety. The coastal areas are fun for the kids to explore and play on the rocks. Southwestern exposure means long sunny days in the summer. Great for watching the boats and ferries go by.
