I have taken Cornelia’s Mindful Dreaming course and can say that she not only holds a beautiful soft yet firm respectful space for sharing, she does so with grace and ease. She has the ability to bring clients to insight and understanding with deep listening and wise counsel. Her training as an energy practitioner combined with her Mindful Dreaming training make her uniquely equipped to facilitate a deep experience for participants. I will be back. Cornelia is a highly experienced and empathetic therapist with a gift for bringing about life-changing transformation in her clients. With years of experience in the corporate work world, she is able to understand and guide women in stressful and demanding professional lives. She combines her training and knowledge in Jungian depth psychology with other therapeutic practices to engage her clients fully through awareness of the mind, body, and spiritual connections.

This protects me energetically and as the care giver does not take me down, it also protects me from illness showing up in my body.

In one particular session,
There was a feeling of releasing the "others" energy that has been running through me most of my life!
It was like an angelic bath. I was cleared of the energies that hijacked by own system. It feels like I have come into my home again. Gone are the feelings of overwhelmed and anxiety. In their place is confidence and the commitment to express the best of who I am in my life.

There have been times of profound break through. This brings humility and the determination to live more in alignment with who I really am.

Now I can really get in touch with the feeling of what is best
for me and live that life.
