Personally never had an issue with Worksafe. Some officers may present like having a god-given entitlement, but I am yet to meet any of them.
Thus far I have been in communication with WSBC numerous times and nearly every time they have responded to my questions quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. They have had a strong precedent of hiring people with better people skills and communication in recent years as opposed to the old WCB.
