(March 11, 2014, 11:07 pm)Steve's amazing imagination and incredible talents, have helped made it possible to create a wonderful atmosphere in our pool area, here at the Oak Bay Rec Centre. Steve is very easy to work with and will work with you to create, in all likelihood, something that is beyond what you could have imagined. Feel free to come and have a look at our new octopus and some of his other handiwork. Steve has been and will be my first call for this kind of imaginative work.
