  Will was a great help in buying my first place. He helped me understand the process I could expect, was patient with helping me find what I was looking for, and sealed the deal once we found the right place. I was referred to him for his knowledge and expertise with the Victoria market and the care and attention that he gives his clients, and he delivered on both. He was friendly and easy to get to know and made what seemed like a stressful experience fun and easy.   Will was the perfect real estate agent for us. He was enthusiastic and responsive. He was always available when we needed him, but he was considerate of our time and busy schedules as well. We felt that he adapted to our needs and helped us achieve our sale goals. Will was extremely informative, walking us through the process and providing necessary info where needed. He was also well-informed of the market, supplying us with a comprehensive package that helped us set our sale price with confidence.
