  super friendly and helpful staff. decent selection, and often some unique or hard to find plants. sometimes expensive, but good deals to be found. good prices on pots!

  We have done a lot of renovation and landscaping over the years, and Wildwood is hands down the best we have ever worked with. The end product, a water feature and custom fire pit, are absolutely beautiful and we are proud to show them off. But the process was what really impressed us. These guys always kept us fully informed about what to expect, met every deadline (actually finished early) and kept to the budget despite some surprises that they could have charged us for - like finding out the digging was harder than expected. They worked hard and were always pleasant to have around. They cleaned up every day, and replanted the grass that had to be dug up. Bottom line: we could not be happier and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Best commercial experience with a vendor in Victoria, bar none! Designing and managing a medium-sized landscape/water feature project with an usual design and very specific needs outlined in an RFP, Wildwood was the ONLY company in town with the flexibility, expertise and a customer-service ethic of "it's not about what WE want to sell people; it's what our customer wants or needs" to meet our requirements. From the very first contact when I initially called, all the way through to the final goodbye of the installer who completed the project, my experience with Wildwood was exceptional - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, true-to-their-word, and focused on making the customer's vision a reality. The results met and exceeded my vision for the project and renewed my faith - professionalism and customer service is not dead. Thank you, Wildwood!!
