  I just went through a thorough assessment of my knee injury with Michelle and it was an impressive experience. Listening to her put the pieces of the puzzle together in her mind as she was moving through her examination educated and inspired me. The exercises she subsequently recommended made total sense. I felt like a pro athlete getting that kind of treatment!

  Mike Davies is the man! I experienced some muscle issues when training heavily for a half-marathon this spring. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. I followed his suggestions, felt great and got a PR at my race. The team at the AC is awesome and very patient - as much as I don't like getting injured or needing to see them, it's always nice to work with them!

  Julia was fantastic! She took the time to learn my range of motion and posture specific to my body. She improved my limited ROM in just a few minutes and gave me several exercises to progress my stability as well as maintain long term physical health.

  I would give them 6 stars if I could. Michelle has been doing an amazing job getting me back together!
