(August 25, 2021, 9:49 pm)I have never received better service and support from any service provider in any category than I did from One Touch House. We moved into our home and discovered a conduit was installed for a wall-mounted TV but the conduit was blocked. I called Kevin and told him about the situation and he offered to come right over at no charge to investigate and was able to unblock the conduit and get us set-up to wall-mount our new TV. He also booked us an installation the next day with a great installer who was able to get the TV and Sonos soundbar and subwoofer installed beautifully and working perfectly. He hid all the extra wires so the installation is seamless. I would recommend OneTouch House without hesitation!

(August 12, 2021, 7:35 pm)One Touch recently completed the setup of our home theatre and updated our existing Control4 system. Jason M from One Touch did the install for us and he was super helpful and knowledgable with a passion for home theatre and audio. He not only set-up our theatre room but also fixed a number of issues we were having with our existing system. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with how everyting worked before he left. The whole team at One Touch was a pleasure to work with and I will be using them again for any other projects in the future.

(September 16, 2020, 12:58 am)I've been working with these guys for several years. They have had to clean up a bit of a mess made by the company that installed everything. They have been very responsive, costs reasonable and where they can do things remotely, they get it done. We have a Control 4 and Shaw combo system so not as clean as I'd like but they smooth out the rough edges.

(September 5, 2020, 12:41 am)We shopped around for security system and found the service and equipment provided to be Top Notch from Total House. Robert had come to the house in order to provide an accurate quote. I then went to their location to see what the product looked like - we also discovered an array of products for the future to consider (home theatre-seating). We found the billing made easy by Misty's instructions and follow up to confirm payment received. The installers were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Even Rob the salesman came out to lend a hand and ensure all was to our satisfaction. Questions afterward were replied to in a timely manner. There years of experience shows, customer service superb!
