They have nailed all the little details, particularly communication - something so many businesses fail at. Every single detail regarding access, contract,cancellation, etc. is communicated by e-mail and is flawless. Office staff is organized and efficient and VERY helpful, as is anyone encountered on site. I would give a big thumbs up to anyone wanting to rent a storage unit from them, and will recommend them to all my friends. A pleasure to deal with!

(August 14, 2017, 3:33 pm)I'm not sure if he's the owner, manager or caretaker but Dave from Stop and Store is awesome. He's made my storage experience easy and enjoyable. We needed a second storage locker in a pinch and he quickly provided it and even gave us a brand new lock!
