Our stay at Chalet le Malard had to be canceled due to restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic. On the other hand, I would like to thank Mr Facchin and his team for the quick email returns and a full, hassle-free refund. The customer service is exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend them for a future stay.

Beautiful cottage with so many thoughtful touches.we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing cottage.

Great experience. Personal touch with professionalism. Towels were setup for us for the our showers or to use the jacuzzi. The chalet is very well maintened and has a fire pit, screened Gazebo and the spa is very nicely situated outdoors near the door and is covered so you can use it regardless of the weather. There are also board games in case you want to play with the family or kids.
Location is great too and is close to Tremblant village, boat rentals, parks, spa scandinave etc. The town of St. Jovite is close too in case you need to pop in for groceries or firewood etc.

Just returned from an amazing and relaxing weekend at this very peaceful chalet. We were 4 adults and 1 child and we felt very comfortable. The chalet was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay! And we even received a phone call from Bruno upon our arrival to make sure all was well and to let us know he was available if we had any questions. Every window had a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and the chalet felt so private among the trees. Not a neighbour in site. The spa was perfectly located next to the back door for easy access with a bench and hooks for our towels which made coming out so much easier despite the rainy weather. There were lots of board games and movies to choose from for both adults and kids so we were never bored. And the chalet is so close to Mont Tremblant that going out for dinner was an easy option. Great place to spend time with family and friends! Thank you Bruno and Isabelle for providing this lovely oasis!
