  Great gym, pool, sauna and hot tub. Library is nice.
  A little busy sometimes.

  Large facility with a big parking lot. The pool, sauna and steam room are great. At the time the staff were polite and very accommodating. The only complaint is the size and shape of the hot tub, which is the shape of a cloverleaf making it very tight for over 12 adults, definitely too small for this size of facility. Definitely time to do an upgrade.

  Great place to swim and workout. Also has a library and a cafe that offers sandwiches with gluten free bread

  Excellent friendly family oriented recreation facility. Lots of free parking. Elevators are present in the building.
  There are a wonderful series of pools, a 50 metre pool used for competitive sports events and by athletes for training purposes so check schedule for availability.
  The temperature of the 50 metre pool is 78 degrees suitable for swim training and sports.
  The other 50 metre pool is separated by a barrier into a Diving pool and a 25 meter swimming pool that is 1.2 metres deep. The temperature of these pools is 87 degrees suitable for leisure swimming and swim classes.
  There is a leisure wave pool with a water fall and water jets cascading into the swim area. The temperature is at 87 degrees.
  There is a small, shallow pool for small children and adults. The temperature is at 98 degrees.
  Pool facilities also include a large water slide, a jacuzzi, a sauna and steam room.
  Large and small lockers are available in the swim change rooms. Lockers take tokens which are sold at the reception desk. Tokens are 50 cents each or 25 tokens for $10.
  There is a great gym with good equipment that overlooks the pool area for entertainment while doing aerobic exercise. New gym equipment is added every year. There are many fitness and stretching classes with good instructors. Check website.
  Bag storage spaces and lockers are available in the gym. Lockers take tokens which are sold at the reception desk. Tokens are 50 cents each or 25 tokens for $10.
  A very good library and cafeteria are in the building.
  There are many rooms available for rental. Check website.
  The complex is close to the highway at Royal Oak so it is easy to access by car and it is also on the bus route.
  Membership includes admission to Cedar Hill Rec Centre and Art Centre, Gordon Head Pool & Gym and GR Pearkes Skating & Gym Facilities.

  Great pool! Please be careful it is very slippery. But the pool it amazing. A little on the cold side but in excellent condition!
