(September 7, 2020, 5:59 am)I cannot say enough great things about Priority Computer Service! My older desktop PC crashed and died. I was upset and Barb was very understanding and supportive and was able to get my computer up and running and upgraded it so it should be fine for a few more years. Big bonus that the $100 diagnostic fee was waived! I was also in the market for a laptop and her advice and guidance for what I should be looking for was invaluable. It was very reassuring to feel confident about what I needed and have now purchased a new laptop. If I have any problems in the future, I will go directly to Priority 1 Computer!

(August 29, 2020, 3:18 am)I took my computer into Priority 1 to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and I could not be happier with their service. My computer was ready when they said it would be, my transferred files worked flawlessly, and Richard configured my machine so that it basically looked like it did before, saving me a lot of time and effort learning the new system. Thank you to both Richard and Barb!!

(August 7, 2020, 9:28 pm)Priority 1 Computers is awesome! I dropped off a half started project thinking they would send me away. Much to my surprise, they were quite welcoming. They explained in detail the defective parts and what would have to be done to complete the job. Upon repair, they discovered that my computer was processing tasks slowly (I knew this). They explained thoroughly how hard-drives fail and that a diagnostic will reveal the issue. Before commencing anything further, they explained the associated costs in detail and including task. What more can you ask for than transparency. Will definitely go back for future computer needs!
