  Great gym! They have a lot of those 4-sided weight doohickeys (cable machines?), some lifting stuff and several treadmills. They don't have many of the extremely specific strength machines, but it's a good gym to go to for cardio.

  Athletic Therapy group very knowledgeable and helpful, a great choice for your road to recovery from your athletic injury!

  Great place to go to school also the gym is really good! Good equipment and opportunity for personal trainers and some classes even! Awesome weight lifting equipment if your into that.

  Good workout gym. Sad someone lit it on fire. The hours are pretty good too. If you prefer a quiet gym to workout in, go in the evenings! The staff also play some hype music, which is a bonus if you forget headphones.

  our daughter has used this facility for soccer games and it is one of the nicest in Victoria. Track around the field is in excellent condition.Always something going on here as the size allows for multiple venues. Gyms inside full size and weight room is up to date with everything you need
