So I can speak to the quality of construction that was put into it over the years: It is still as solid as the day when we first moved in. He came with a crew that was well trained, and very professional. We are very appreciative of his work, and I highly recommend him for your future project. :)

(February 9, 2016, 12:35 am)We’ve used Peter Schultze Construction for 3 major renovations on our home. Peter and his crew were the consummate professionals. Here are a few reasons why we chose Peter for each project:
* Clear communication throughout the renovations. We had never done renos of that size before and it was fantastic to be continually kept in the loop as to what was happening, when, and why. I’ve heard from friends that their builder kept them in the dark most the time. Trades just showed up without notice and they could never get a hold of their contractor. Not so with Pete. He was always available and it was incredibly reassuring.
* He had great ideas but was always willing to work with our vision and suggestions.
* Years of experience and long list of happy clients. His workmanship is second to none. He does it right the first time. (Actually reminds me of Mike Holmes from the TV show Holmes on Homes)
* Most importantly, on time and on budget! What you see is what you get. No surprises where suddenly the project is running over budget.
In short, I'd highly recommend Pete for a new build or renovation of any size. You won't be disappointed. -

(February 7, 2016, 9:14 pm)Peter recently completed building our dream home . We had built before and had run into difficulties with our builder. This time we were determined to get it right ! We interviewed a number of builders before choosing Peter. At our first meeting , without us asking, he handed us a list of his previous clients contact information and said to feel free to call any of
them - we did.
Peter is forthcoming and real with the costs of construction. He won't low ball you to get the job and then turn around and tell you it's more in the end. What you see is what you get.
We also appreciated his wealth of contacts within the building industry and could see how much people respected him and his work. He's very detail oriented . Our second build was a totally different experience then our first and we have Peter to thank for that.
