More importantly to me, they are helpful, patient and reliable ie. when they commit to returning your call with a price quote, they actually do!
Any special orders have arrived promptly with excellent communication - the contracting services desk is gold with their knowledge and expertise, and their customer services desk is friendly and will find the answer for any question you may have.
