We moved from Vancouver to Victoria and were "on the clock" to get our purchase complete in a short amount of time (with pretty high demands, too). Bruce intuitively and thoughtfully understood our needs, made himself very available, and gave us trusted advice to make the best decision for our family.
His response time is unreal and, I think, he rivals Google in terms of getting information about neighbourhoods, city/district rules, and nuances of the home. Along the way, Tara and the support team were incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive.
When Bruce went on holidays his partner, Shane, stepped in seamlessly and helped us get everything we needed for our move into our new home.
I highly recommend Hatter-King Real Estate and will absolutely work with them on our next property sale or purchase.
