(January 16, 2019, 3:02 am)I have dealt with Harbord Insurance for many years for my condo and auto insurance, and have been impressed with their exemplary service and knowledge. This year was no different! I went in with a list of questions, and not only were they all cheerfully answered, but Mike did a wonderful job searching for the best rates for me. At times I have gone into the office with questions when it's not a renewal time, and have always had my queries answered fully and cheerfully. They make their contact information easily available, and I feel they would be readily available in an emergency. Good job, Harbord!
Update: January 15 2019 My family and I arrived at the office 5:00pm last Friday, having to get an auto transfer done that night. Maddy was so patient and calm, checking for the best coverage for us and answering our many questions. Personalized service at it's best. Thanks, Maddy! -

The original policy with Sherri, annual renewals and a stressful claim were managed with seamless professionalism by all staff I interacted with. It gets better. Due to relocating, I met with Maggi who provided phenomenal service. The ability to painlessly dig details from me, ask questions I never even considered while making me feel valued is rare. I will continue to recommend Harbord to everyone I know. Great, great service, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional.
