(December 5, 2020, 11:19 pm)I chose OTS based on their location and great reviews. I brought my custom built acoustic into them to get the action adjusted and they didn’t disappoint. They did a great job and I would be happy to have any of my instruments in their care. Excellent workmanship and fair rates. I would definitely recommend them.
