(April 30, 2022, 5:42 pm)Never had back problems until one day I was eating a bagel and threw my lower back out. Level 2 disk trauma and it sucks do not recommend it. Thankfully Dr. Yap gave a few exercises to help heal. He wouldn't adjust me until he felt it was safe to do so.. 8 weeks later and I'm back to old, slightly over weight, self. Now I've got to think of another excuse not to exercise.. if you have any send them my way..
Oh ya, I recommend this Dr. He knows his stuff...
