(March 24, 2019, 3:31 pm)Professional and friendly! I have been going to this clinic for many many years and received excellent care every time. The quality of care is still the same after location and hour change, but It seems there is a shortage of doctors so they had to reduce their hours. I do really appreciate it greatly when their receptionists do tell me estimated wait time once they checked me in. When it used to be located in Broadmead village and had long wait times, their receptionists would thoughtfully suggest all their patients to go shop in the plaza and come back later. With the new location, there isn't much to do/see, but there is a coffee shop (Coffee Bahamas) a few steps down the clinic.

(November 21, 2018, 3:54 am)I had a great experience with Dr.Crow today. First time in Canada it didn't feel like I was brushed off but consulted. I'm really glad she consulted me, very professional, and compassionate, which is rare! I felt she understood I was scared. She's fantastic. Office is nice too.
