I am hesitant to post anything, because this is an amazing team of doctors and staff and I don't want them to get overloaded with requests for new patients.
Seriously, the best vet team I've ever met.
Dr. Wilson is a fantastic veterinarian. While her manner with people may be somewhat brusque, her manner with the animals, attention to detail, compassion, and care towards animals is extremely evident. Further, her knowledge far surpasses other vets that I have dealt with to the point that I am uncomfortable with how in the dark other vets seem in comparison. Her ability to explain the situation and diagnosis, course of treatment, and available options is clear and concise.
I have been taking my three cats to Dr Wilson for a few years now. Dr Wilson is brilliant, and is always so kind and gentle with them. The staff is lovely and I have no hesitation when I have to leave my animals in their care for procedures. I am always kept up to date with what is happening, and they fill my prescriptions so quickly (even though I know it can take up to 48 hours.) I am so thankful for Broadmead Vet Clinic and they have my business for a long time!
Always friendly, transparent, and compassionate. The staff communicate well with you and each other, and they know what they're talking about and exactly what their limitations are in terms of available services and cost management.
I have never had a veterinary experience better than my experience with Broadmead.
