(April 12, 2018, 5:49 am)I got the best of care on Thursday evening, April 5th, 2018 by your staff. As I really did not want to go to RJH ER, the attending physician gave me an injection to stop the vomitting caused by the pain I was having due to a kidney stone. Unfortunately it didn’t work and they had to take me in around 8 pm. Before the paramedics left for their next call the one that gave me the injection made a point of coming to me and saying he was sorry things hadn’t worked out for me. An absolute star. That is where the best of care ended. No pain and nausea medication until around 1am. Then I was told that I could go home around 3:15am and I had the stomach flu. Wrong! An ultrasound on April 10th located a 6mm kidney stone that will take a procedure to remove. The formal complaint has already been initiated. L. Green
