(January 13, 2021, 11:48 pm)Very fast results (under 6 hours) and very friendly/positive staff who explain things thoroughly, which is exactly what I wanted in that scenario.
Only complaint is accessibility. With the cook st location closed I had to bike from James Bay which is okay for me but I’m just thinking about people who can’t bike or afford a taxi. Do we really want people with symptoms getting on busses ? Side note, why don’t buses have hand sanitizer ? That would be so simple to do.
