He honoured it no issues in a timely fashion. Call Ray now and save big! Why give away more than 1% of your capital gains?

(December 16, 2018, 12:28 am)Ray was cheaper and more professional than any other real estate agents in Victoria. He only charged 1% commission on selling my house whereas other realtors in Victoria charge 6% for the first $100,000 and 3% for the balance. I saved over $15,000 on the transaction. He also got me thousands of dollars in cash rebate for buying a house through him.

Especially, if you are trying to make a quick decision in a HOT fast-paced market. Additionally, he works well with full commission realtors and is one of the few discount realtors that has a great report with full commission. This makes the deal go smooth. Finally, his clients and their best interests always go first always working out positively.
