  When I made arrangements to have my package left at a drop-off centre, someone called me right away to confirm, and they gave me a pretty precise and accurate availability time.

  The staff at the actual drop-off location are lovely but the the drivers don't seem to have a clue what the telephone number provided on the contact address is for because they are forever leaving tags all over the condo building. Woke up early this morning to ensure I would be around to get the package and get told by the Fedex app — after the fact: that the driver has been and gone. Leaving another sticker on the door. Take a hint from the drivers in Hong Kong, who make the effort to call recipients they are coming before leaving the depot. It means the package gets delivered to the recipient, as paid for.

  Great service at the Kittyhawk FedEx Ship Centre. Don and Joe went above and beyond to help me get a time sensitive shipment out quickly and at a reasonable price. Friendly, knowledgeable service, I will be recommending these guys to everyone!

  Some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered at a shipping centre! Over the last few years these guys have always gone above and beyond for us and we appreciate it every time (unlike their call centre - very different story! ;) ) thanks guys
