  The best local stop for your inner Avgeek. In addition to the regular display the restoration of the Avro Lancaster has started. On our last visit, there were plenty of guides to help you out and - more important - walk you through the working areas of the restoration work.

  Nicely detailed little museum. All manner of neat original old aircraft including warlords and trainers, run by a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely worth an hour or three spent wandering around, particularly if you get a chance to see the restoration work.

  Great place to bring kids. Warm and friendly staff who are passionate about flying. The exhibits really let you travel back in time. And appreciate all the comfort and technology we get to enjoy today. It was eye opening to see the various planes and helicopters I'd previously only seen in war movies. The trainer plane and kit plane available for kids to try was quite popular and very nice of them to provide.

  This is the place if you are at all interested in how aviation ties into BC history. All ages will enjoy a visit here. Admission was a very reasonable $10 per adult. I arrived when they open at 10am and received a personal tour by one of the dedicated volunteers. I can't say enough good things about this amazing museum! Highly recommended.
