  I was helped by Tanya and she really went out of her way to help me. She contacted ICBC on my behalf to fix a misunderstanding and made me save $400 in the process.

  Despite a previously bad review from me, I again used this office today and received very good service from the representative I was fortunate enough to deal with. In fairness, this particular agent has always been able to deal with me efficiently on any auto insurance items I need help on. On the strength of today and this individual agent, I have revised both my opinion and rating. Thanks.
