A standard experience. We were looking for golf gloves and ended up not buying any as the selection was small and all of poor quality.
Went in to buy some resistance bands before closing on a Sunday. The level of patience and customer service given to a frugal customer in front of me was priceless. She was basically trying to get an item for free and Chris who was dealing with her was very courteous. A customer in front of me even got upset and started yelling at the customer. It definitely accelerated the process. I was close to leaving the store but was pleased by Chris' customer service before I was helped.
I feel when a store and more specifically a staff member exceeds your expectations it warrants a shout out. Sport check stands behind their products well after the sale is made. And Deanna thank you for helping me throughout process of getting my replacement Keen's.
