(March 18, 2022, 4:55 pm)So impressed by the whole process. Everything is done for you. Friendly ,caring and very organized. My 101 year old deceased Mom would have been impressed. Secretarial work is not my strong point, but all the forms had been filled out by Pacific Ocean staff….

Have used PCC twice now, with the latest time being in October 2021, with Covid issues and others, John went beyond in making sure everything worked out and the way we wanted and need.

They were very sensitive to my partner and I's situation and supported us if we had any questions at all, no matter how small. We are so glad we went with PCC.

I was able to make all of the arrangements for my father's cremation online which was very helpful. It was a simple process to complete the forms online and I appreciated that all of the prices for the services were listed on the website. There were no hidden fees and no upselling of extra items. I only had to go into the office to sign the forms and then to pick up the paperwork after the cremation was completed. I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future if needed.
