  It's no secret how important good hearing is in everyone's life. For those needing hearing aids this one purchase and choice of provider is a very important decision.
  
  A good test of how a dedicated and professional provider is worthy of your business is how they handle adversity and support their customers.
  
  I am speaking from experience and two years of difficulty in overcoming medical complications in my state of the art hearing aids provided by NexGen.
  
  Sue and her staff at the Westshore location never faltered or failed to provide me with the highest level of service as we worked through the many challenges my medical situation presented in my search for a hearing solution.

  I have been looked after by Susan and her staff for 5 years now. If your looking to solve your hearing problems you really do need to have someone who will be there for the long term.
  They are still giving me excellent service and solving my issues to this day,
