I only had to provide instructions once - the electrician was organized, methodical and thorough. He was friendly and professional. The overall cost was very fair, thanks in part to our electrician's efficiency. In addition, we were able to schedule the work for the day following my call. I will be sure to recommend Bernie Osborne to my friends!
