Rachael is the best! My nails are always absolutely stunning and the the experience is always fun. Rachael always goes above and beyond to accommodate new styles I want to try, providing expert advice and a helpful response to my over thinking. :) if you ever have a chance you should try out Beauties of Victoria, it is just a great time!
