  I have found the owners of All Pets Brentwood so helpful on each and every occasion I have gone in there. They go above and beyond to assist me when I bring my dogs in for their Ubath and are always cheerful and friendly. Before moving to the Brentwood location, I often went into their store in Saanichton, both to bath my Aussies and to buy several items and always found fresh water for my dogs, both inside the store and outside too (so I'm not sure what a previous reviewer was talking about). My dogs always know they will get a biscuit treat when they go into All Pets and I always know I will get excellent customer service. I can't recommend All Pets highly enough.

  Being honest she works very hard at keeping her place tidy and filled with quality products.She also cares to meet the customers needs.Treats are always available along with water for your thirsty pet. Now being a smaller location it is much easier to fill as to Janet's remarks (friends with the competition) to her last space..which was 5000sqf..too big and spread out. Business should be about working together! ..as it's a tough world these days. So Spread the Love and if you have a problem talk with the owner rather than slander her business publicly.

  I have met the owner a few yrs back and she has been friendly and helpful . i like to shop local and family owned businesses.. Myself i been in customer services for almost 40 yrs now as an artist and meet some rude customers and haven't held me tongue to please them if they dont like the product they can go else where to buy ..but no need to go out and try to destroy a business with slander and all seen it in multi media to much ruined a restaurant on the mainland cause of it ..All pets is a pet friendly place and helpful aswell
