(April 16, 2021, 9:18 pm)A month ago, there was a glitch on the Covid button to Register, on the Pharmacy website, using my phone. After contacting the Pharmacy by email, Paul returned a reply right away, and it was fixed shortly. Any questions, he replies quickly. It's been frustrating because they haven't been able to get enough Vaccine, through no fault of theirs. But in finally getting the Vaccine, when you fill out the forms online, prior to your appointment, they also phone you to confirm, which is great! You show up at your appointment time(not early) walk to the desk, to let them know that you're there, and within minutes, we (husband, too) had our shots. It went very smoothly! And you receive a Printable Vaccine Receipt, by email, which I appreciate. Thanks Paul and his work family! Great job!

(April 5, 2021, 7:50 pm)When you google this Pharmacy and get to their web page they state Claresholm Pharmacy is "More Than Just a Pharmacy."
Most of the time statements like this are pure marketing slogans and far from the experience you receive when dealing with the establishment.
I do have to say this Pharmacy is different. Their statement that the Claresholm Pharmacy is "More Than Just a Pharmacy is spot on"!!
We were so impressed with this store and the service Paul provided! His explanations on the covid vaccine, his caring attitude and the follow ups are something you don't see see anymore in todays world. Claresholm has a hidden gem here and must be very proud to have this business as their very own. Rod and Karen -

They have a wide selection of natural and homeopathic remedies, as well as your regular pharmaceutical giants. They have a modest selection of gifts and toys, cards and candies, and your regular personal needs for hair, beauty, and higeine. There prices are fairly high on many things, and comparable on others. The prescription service is slow but accurate and thorough.

I recommend this pharmacy to everyone you won’t find kinder, hardworking and helpful staff anywhere else. They truly care and that’s what matters the most !
