The hall is made from the remaining, newer portion of the former Cluny Bow Valley High School. The older northern portion of the school was demolished after the school closed, but the rest was saved and converted into the new hall. The gym has been refurbished into the dance hall and auditorium. It is used by the Cluny and Gleichen communities for most social events.
