Eau Claire Distillery

Thursday evening they hosted a pre party for the Calgary stampede. The food was excellent 👌. The staff and the band were great. The event was really fun. I highly recommend this location.

Great daytime experience at the Speakeasy! Excellent and creative cocktails, great service and such a unique space. I’m not sure what it’s like when things are busy, but our visit today was lovely. Would definitely return!

The speak easy tour was an amazing surprise. What a cool venue. We loved hearing about the history of the area and how the distillery sources and creates their products. I don’t usually liked gin but liked this one and I think their whiskey is top quality. I’m amazed Alberta doesn’t have more high end distillery’s like this considering all the grain grown locally. Highly recommend a visit here and the speak easy tour

We went to The Speak Easy for lunch and a couple drinks!! The charcuterie board was amazing and perfect for 2 to share! The Gin Flights were so good and the Watermelon Margarita was outstanding! The whole place was a work of art and whimsy!! Transports you back in time! It is a must see if you are ever in Turner Valley!
