(June 1, 2022, 3:17 am)We are so thankful for Brett. Our basement flooded due to a water main break. He answered his phone at 7 in the morning and came as quickly as he could. Our only regret is our horrible neighbour who was incredibly rude to Brett and we’re sorry for that! His service was outstanding and he was so sympathetic to our situation and it was greatly appreciated given the fact that the plumber we used last year completely ignored our texts for help. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you Brett!

I was so pleased with his workmanship and attitude that I hired him for several other projects after that. He arrives on time and communicates well throughout the duration of the project. His estimates are detailed and concise. I appreciate that I receive invoices electronically and can pay them directly online. I highly recommend BMM Mechanical for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

When he made it to our home, his work is of high quality and he was very communicative if there was a change to be made. His explanations of the problem at hand and the solution required brought piece of mind. Will definitely recommend and use Brett's services in the future!

It was a great experience and I will use him again.
