Candace was an excellent representative, she was very knowledgeable and attentive, and made switching to a new carrier and buying a phone an awesome and easy experience. Especially recommend when buying a new phone, great prices and promotions. Highly recommend.

During our time in this process, she had some service requests from other customers. She handled them in a professional manner and without ignoring our business dealings. She was unfazed by the interruptions, always smiling.
I will happily recommend her services in this regard!
